Here is a letter I sent to my boss today.

Boss,
The other day you asked if I could reduce my workload to 30
hourse a week. No I can not. Also I need the $100 car allowance a
month, as a raise as we had discussed earlier. I also need to start
doing more security work.
At one time you referred to security as a trend or fad, well it is neither. In fact it is a pschological need. In fact the only need that comes before it is physioligical. It is the reason I am writing this letter. I need security. I need to know that my job is safe, my pay is fair, and my hours are secure.
